Olongapo Skills Training Center

August 12, 2010

Dear Sir;

Loyalty and hardworking are the two characteristics I am confident I have

which enables me to apply for a position in your project TASK FORCE GUAM.

I wish your kind heart and good office would give me a chance to prove myself and

to prove once more that we, Filipinos are dedicated when it comes to work and

responsibility. Thus, I am applying to be a stock clerk, sales clerk, library aide or

any job that is related on these fields.

I am Merlyn M. Bucud, 37 years of age and a resident of New Cabalan,

Olongapo City. I was born in 29th of July 1973 and came from various field of work

including office and sales.

In my last work as a salesman, I was oriented from storekeeping and later

elevated in field of sales, wherein I held potential stores and quality accounts who

patronizes Procter and Gamble products. There, I had given an opportunity to deal

with people, discuss about our products and transact sales. I also had attended sales

training and seminars given by the company of Procter. My enthusiasm and skills in

relating with people were developed during my stay with them.  There I discover how

to encourage clients and learned that SALESMANSHIP  begins when the customer

says "NO".

My skills also includes typing, soldering, computer know how and stenography. I am

very much fond of reading books and informative magazines.

If  ever I was given a chance, I am very much willing and prepared, Sir, to learn and

be skillful with the kind of job you're about to assign me. I am giving you my word

that I will do my best to win your confidence whenever I was given an opportunity

to work in your TASK FORCE GUAM project. I am giving you my assurance that

I  can be an asset and valuable not only in our Community but also in our race as a

Filipino.

Here I'm extending my wish for a more power to your good office and I hope to

hear from you soon!

Very Respectfully Yours,

MERLYN M. BUCUD
